RICKY WASSON From Clay City, Kentucky. 1984, formed a group called Southern Blend. Owns a music store in Clay City. Filled in as guitar player in Alison Krauss' band for a short time. Began playing bluegrass when he was four years old. He says that he never knew there was any other kind of music until he was 10. 1998, joined J.D. Crowe and the New South, singing lead.
